Tropical Traditions Giveaway and Coconut Oil Recipes

$30 value Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil
I am so excited about my first giveaway!  I love Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut!  I love their coconut oil because I love the slight coconut taste which is wonderful in all of my baked goods!  I am still surprised how versatile coconut oil is when using it instead of butter in recipes.

  1. I have tried and loved several of your recipes, but I think my favorite so far has been the Fried Eggplant. It turned me from an eggplant hater to an eggplant fan!

  10. So many delicious recipes that I want to try them all in one day! That could be disastrous for my diet, so I'll just have to be patient and try one at a time, one a day. The smoothie will be breakfast tomorrow. Thanks for having this page, and sharing your knowledge. ;-)

  15. I like them all. I've had 4 sandwiches in the last 2 days from your bread. I'm on here now looking for something sweet because I have a sweet tooth, and feel like "cheating".
